How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping is absolutely free throughout India!
Will I have to pay GST in addition to the product cost?
No, the product costs are all inclusive of GST. No extra surprises on checkout, we promise (except the good surprises every now and then).
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro), UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, Ola Money, Jio Money, PayZapp, SBI Buddy), and also Pay later by ICICI Bank. We do not accept CoD orders right now, but will soon try and integrate that as well; thanks for your patience.
I ordered multiple product types. Will all of them be shipped together?
Yes, right now, we ship all the products together.
Has my order shipped yet?
You can check your order status on our Track Order Status Page. If you see that your order has shipped but didn’t get a shipping confirmation email, let us know at email@example.com and we’ll resend it for you.
I made a mistake in my shipping address — is it too late to change it?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the correct address. We’ll get back to you quickly, and will edit the address if possible.
How long does each product take to produce?
Each product at imlishop.in is printed on demand. The print time varies depending upon the ordered product.
Do you ship outside India?
Right now, we only ship within India. But as soon as we open our doors to the rest of the world, we will announce the news with all fanfare!

Can I submit a request for a custom item?
Right now we only offer our own designs. If we are accepting any custom designs, we will let you know at our Instagram and Facebook pages!
What is your refund policy?
In case of defective items, we provide full refunds. Mail the image of your item at email@example.com. If applicable, we will process your refund immediately.
My t-shirt is the wrong size — can I exchange it?
Being a new brand, all our products are printed on demand. We hope you understand that it is difficult to exchange products in such a scenario, except when they come damaged. All our apparels have detailed Size Charts so that you do not face any sizing issues while ordering.
